The area we were in was known for their tofu products... here's some flavored tofu "ice cream" - I'm not sure how to describe it other than it tasted like frozen tofu, which tastes kind of like plain, vanilla ice cream. Not much flavor, to be honest. Probably healthier than regular ice cream though.
