I don't know how else to explain this but the exterior of this building is made of recycled plastic bottles that have been reshaped into "building block" pieces. There is actually running water along the walls of the building, creating a "waterfall" entrance for people that are walking in (you can see them entering at the bottom of this photo). The whole thing lights up at night too... anyways, check out more pictures from Google
