This plaque talks a little bit about 卓蘭, my father's hometown - a little story on 水果四大天王 (shuǐ-guǒ-sì-dà-tiān-wáng) - four heavenly kings of fruit is how I understand it... how scenic it is, how various fruits are grown there, and how busy it gets during the time between summer and fall where people come for the fruits.
