Taiwan國立中正紀念堂 (guó-lì-Zhōng-zhèng-jì-niàn-táng) - Chiang Kai-Shek Memorial Hall - in the distance. The courtyard is actually a huge space; 國家戲劇院 (guó-jiā-xì-jù-yuàn) - National Theater - and 國家音樂廳 (guó-jiā-yīn-yuè-tīng) - National Concert Hall - are both in the same general area. You can actually see 國家戲劇院 on the right side of this photo.
