The "English Chat Room" - I walked by this place a couple times. There were maybe 7-10 Taiwanese girls in the room all gabbing in English about random topics. Apparently they have English-speaking games that help them learn English conversation (you can see examples on the wall here). It certainly is an interesting idea - one that is probably replicated with other languages at other universities - although quite honestly I don't recall seeing much of this in the US.
