This is the site of the first oil well in Taiwan - now it is the location of 台灣油礦陳列館 (Tái-wān-yóu-kuàng-chén-liè-guǎn) - the Taiwan Oil Field Exhibition Hall. Once upon a time, this track was used to push materials up and down the hills to reach the wells and the workers. Nowadays, this place has turned into a museum/historical site.
