 | Monday, June 30th, 2014: AL Star of the Week Picked Seattle fans had a lot to cheer about this week as second baseman Ben Zobrist brought home the American Player of the Week trophy. During his week-long batting binge he reeled off a .522 batting average, 12 hits and 6 home runs. Zobrist also racked up 10 RBIs and scored 9 runs. In the 2014 season Zobrist has hit .298 with 17 home runs, 51 RBIs and scored 56 runs. |
