 | Monday, June 23rd, 2014: SL2 Star of the Week Chosen The top batter in the Sub League 2 last week was Carl Mayer, who batted .560 and towered above everybody with a 5-game hitting barrage. During the week Mayer banged out a .560 batting average (14-25), no home runs, 2 RBI and scored 4 runs. Today the Summit Park right fielder received the SL2 Player of the Week Award. Thus far in 2014 Mayer has hit .467 with no home runs, 2 RBIs and scored 4 runs. |
