2025 has been good to the Corpus Christi Valiants. Not only did they end up in first place during the regular season with a 76-44 record, they were the MLB Double A champions. The Valiants won the Round 3 for the 2nd time.
A 5-4 triumph over the Cordaville Catsharks at Valiants Ballpark brought home the trophy to Corpus Christi. They won the series 4-3.

At Valiants Ballpark Allen Symons was the King of Swing today in the 7-1 win over the Blizzards.
The Corpus Christi left fielder stepped into the batter's box 8 times against the Huntington Beach and delivered 5 hits.
It was a sensational game for him. He excitedly told the press, "Unbelieveable feeling. Unbelieveable. It felt good. It felt great. What a day! 5 for 8! It does wonders for your batting average, too."
A. Symons grounded out in the 1st, hit a solo-shot off R. Rico in the 3rd, singled in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 10th, flied out in the 12th, flied out in the 14th and hit an RBI single in the 15th.
This season Symons has banged out 67 hits in 309 at-bats for a .217 average with 4 home runs. He is getting on base at a .321 pace and his totals also include 25 RBIs and 54 runs scored.

| Friday, August 1st, 2025: Ramírez SL1's #1 Pitcher in July
Corpus Christi's reliever Roberto Ramírez really put the chill on opposing teams in July and today was acclaimed the Sub League 1 Pitcher of the Month.
Ramírez made 11 relief appearances, picking up 9 saves and compiling a 2-0 mark. He struck out 17 while walking 3 and put up a 0.79 ERA in 11.1 innings.
Looking at his pitching stats this season, Ramírez has made 12 relief appearances, pitched 12.1 innings and fashioned a 2-0 record with a 0.73 ERA. He has recorded 10 saves, struck out 18 and allowed opposing clubs to hit .159 when he is on the hill.
