| Breaking News |  | Tuesday, July 1st, 2025: June's #1 Starter Named in SL1 Tony Dorame of the Birmingham Recoil is the Sub League 1 Pitcher of the Month. In June he sparkled and shined on the mound with 5 wins and no losses in 6 starts.
Dorame checked opposing batters on 25 base hits and a .154 batting average. He rang up 44 strikeouts in 47.1 innings of work, surrendered 11 walks and fashioned a 0.76 ERA.

He held the Saint Petersburg Warthogs scoreless in a 4-hit whitewash.
Dorame was in a zone of his own most of the game and finished with 8 strikeouts and 3 walks in a strong outing.
In a postgame quote his own skipper added, "He pitched his butt off, had good velocity, good movement and had those guys off balance. Tony did a whale of a pitching job."
