"I had everything working for me out there. I used every one of my pitches, hit both sides of the plate really well and felt like I could do whatever I wanted."
With stuff like that, it was easy for Larry Coleman of the Nomads to handcuff the Cutthroats 10-0 and come away with a complete game 6-hit shutout. He recorded 6 strikeouts and 2 walks in an impressive performance.
In 2025 thus far, Coleman has tossed 83 innings in 12 starts, fanned 61 batters, walked 24 and put up a 3.80 ERA with 4 wins and 4 losses.

| Thursday, May 1st, 2025: Castillo Gets SL1 Batter of the Month Trophy
Mauro Castillo, the Prague first baseman, certainly made a name for himself this past month. He banged out 46 hits, 2 home runs, 19 RBIs and scored 19 times.
That kind of hitting earned him the Sub League 1 Batter of the Month honors for April.

Mauro Castillo of the Prague Nomads had an award-winning week and today was voted the Player of the Week by the Sub League 1.
For the week the 18-year-old first basemanbatted .621 (18-29) with 1 home run and 7 RBIs.
