Thursday, December 18th, 2025: San Francisco-Texas Trade: Mack for Gordon
The San Francisco Giants have parted ways with 25-year old right fielder Dan Mack, sending him to the Texas Rangers for 28-year old starting pitcher Josh Gordon and 19-year old minor league starting pitcher Carlos López. The Giants general manager confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning.

Looking at his career numbers, Mack has played in 138 games with a .282 batting average. Among his 86 hits are 18 doubles, 3 triples and 9 home runs. He also has scored 34 runs and driven in 36 runs.

Gordon has a lifetime ERA of 6.17 with a record of 27 wins and 39 losses.
Thursday, December 4th, 2025: Ioriatti, Texas Agree to $1,750,000 Deal
Texas announced the signing of reliever Ottaviano Ioriatti earlier today, ending speculation on who they would acquire to fill the void at that position.

Ioriatti will earn $875,000 per year, and will be with the club for 2 years.

Friday, November 21st, 2025: Royals-Rangers Trade: Jones for Ping
The rumor has been going on for a while now, but today it was made official. The Kansas City Royals sent 20-year old reliever Jimmy Jones to the Texas Rangers for 18-year old minor league center fielder Javier Manuel and 20-year old minor league starting pitcher Shou-chien Ping.

Officials from both teams seem to be pleased with the deal.
