Thursday, December 18th, 2025: San Francisco-Texas Trade: Mack for Gordon
The San Francisco Giants have parted ways with 25-year old right fielder Dan Mack, sending him to the Texas Rangers for 28-year old starting pitcher Josh Gordon and 19-year old minor league starting pitcher Carlos López. The Giants general manager confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning.

Looking at his career numbers, Mack has played in 138 games with a .282 batting average. Among his 86 hits are 18 doubles, 3 triples and 9 home runs. He also has scored 34 runs and driven in 36 runs.

Gordon has a lifetime ERA of 6.17 with a record of 27 wins and 39 losses.
Monday, December 1st, 2025: Florida-San Francisco Deal: Bray for Morales
The Florida Marlins have parted ways with 23-year old reliever Clifton Bray, sending him to the San Francisco Giants for 21-year old minor league center fielder Javier Morales. The Marlins general manager confirmed the deal in an announcement this morning.

Bray's career record shows a 3-1 record with no saves and an ERA of 5.94. He has fanned 44 batters in 53 innings and held opposing hitters to a .303 average.

Sunday, November 23rd, 2025: Reds Deal Kelley to Giants for Griffin
Officials for the Cincinnati Reds confirmed that they have traded 25-year old first baseman Sam Kelley and 17-year old minor league left fielder James Lund to the San Francisco Giants. In return, the Reds will receive 26-year old reliever Jon Griffin.

Kelley has batted .302 for his career with 194 hits, 36 doubles, 5 triples and 20 home runs and 99 RBIs.

Griffin has run up these career stats so far: 9 wins, 6 losses, 184 appearances, 7 saves, 200 innings pitched, 139 strikeouts and a 3.87 ERA.
